Last updated: 2026-11-04. These terms govern the sale of the Carscanly service (https://carscanly.online/), operated by Mohamed Amine Ammar, Rue de l'Indépendance, Akouda, Sousse, Tunisie.
1. Service
Carscanly produces an automated inspection report for a used vehicle from the photos, links and information provided by the buyer, and from public data sources. The report is generated by artificial intelligence. It is indicative only: it is not a mechanical inspection, a roadworthiness test, or legal or financial advice.
2. Price and payment
One report costs 19,90 € including taxes, paid once, with no subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders and handles billing, taxes and refunds. Payment in USDT (TRON network) is also available. For vehicles in Tunisia, the price is 39 DT, paid by Flouci only (instant validation).
3. Delivery
The analysis starts automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within 5 minutes. The report is available through a private link sent by email and remains accessible for 30 days.
4. User obligations
Users provide photos of the vehicle that they are entitled to take and avoid photographing people. Using the service to search for, collect or expose personal data about a seller or any third party is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Report quality depends on the photos and data available. Some defects (mechanical, electronic, hidden structural damage) cannot be seen in photos. Users remain solely responsible for their purchase decision and are advised to test-drive the car and, for valuable vehicles, obtain a professional inspection.
6. Right of withdrawal
The report is digital content supplied immediately. By starting the analysis, the user requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the report has been supplied. See our refund policy.
