Refund policy
English version (reference text).
You receive a full refund if: the report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment; the analysis failed for a technical reason; you were charged twice. Email support@carscanly.online with your order number within 14 days. Card refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. USDT refunds are sent to the sending address; Flouci refunds are made through Flouci.
A delivered report cannot be refunded only because its content does not meet your expectations, except for an obvious error (for example, analysis of a different vehicle).
